Set Your Pulse Frequency

Choose how often your team receives trust pulse questions: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Each pulse consists of just 2 to 4 anonymous questions. Short enough that completion rates stay high, structured enough that the data is meaningful.

Questions are drawn from TrustXP's validated trust framework, covering five structural dimensions: competence, fairness, reciprocity, identification, and transparency.
