Solving the biggest issue at work with the Trust Scorecard
The biggest problem that today’s companies face, is the lack of trust within the workplace. It results in a low productivity, low customer satisfaction, and more safety incidents than necessary. The most successful organisations actively manage trust, and you can too.
This document provides you with the basic insights to start improving trust in your company. The Trust Scorecard tests the four elements of employee trust, as developed by TrustXP. You will be asked a few questions in a simple Google Forms document. Based on this (simplified) test, you will receive your personal trust score. Your answers will be assessed along those four elements, being fairness, competence, identification and reciprocity.
At the same time, you will receive our free guide. This guide explains the elements of trust. The scores for each of the elements provide company leadership, human resource departments, as well as individual managers with an overview of what is going well, and what needs improvement. You will find more information about how trust works, and why it is important to focus on it. Simply reading the contents will already make you better aware of trust.
